RR401

MSMM Engineering, LLC is currently engaged in the comprehensive management of JIRR project RR401, a significant infrastructure redevelopment spanning 31 blocks in New Orleans. This project, structured over a 760 working-day period, demands meticulous construction administration and resident inspection services, focusing on water, sewer, drainage, and roadway construction.
Our approach combines advanced civil engineering methodologies and robust project management practices to ensure timely and cost-efficient execution. We address each block with precision, employing strategies such as concurrent task orders to expedite completion without sacrificing quality. Our technical expertise shines in the application of DOTD-certified practices in road construction, including embankment and base course preparation, asphalt concrete, and Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) work. Moreover, our inspectors, equipped with essential certifications and over two years of experience, uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.
MSMM Engineering adeptly navigates challenges such as weather delays and urban site constraints, implementing contingencies such as well-point systems and innovative pipe bursting techniques where traditional excavation is unfeasible. These methods not only alleviate potential delays but also reduce the environmental impact of our operations. Throughout the project, MSMM ensures rigorous compliance with all specifications and proactive issue resolution, significantly minimizing the need for RFIs and ensuring smooth project progression. Our commitment to excellence and detail-oriented management culminates in delivering a revitalized infrastructure that enhances urban mobility and resilience.
